Anybody remember this US Weekly cover that stated ScarJo had plastic surgery?  The A-lister was fuming when it hit newsstands back in December and even threatened to sue the publication.   Well, it seems that Scarlett hasn’t forgiven the tab.  According to the NY Daily News, Scarlett rushed past an Us Weekly reporter recently, saying  “You have got to be kidding me after that [plastic surgery] cover you did.”  (Gatecrasher)
