Some news-person: Um. Sadly, there’s not much going on. Should we go with that Jen cover? You know, the one about her finding her baby daddy.
EIC: Nah, she hasn’t been that popular with readers recently.
Some other news-person: What about that package about celeb parents and all the rules they have for their kids?
EIC: Hmm, interesting. We could do Angelina, Gwen and Nicole. What else do we have? Any new creative, made-up stuff about Britney. You know, last week Life & Style did that “At Home with the Cruises”??? I don’t think they were even inside the house. Were they???
Junior reporter responds: I’ve got a great Britney source who can give me tons of complete utter bullshit info about what it’s like for Britney inside her house.
Photo editor: I’ve definitely got a picture of outside the house!
EIC: Do you think the reader will believe that OK! Magazine has “made up” with Britney since that photo shoot that was a total disaster when we took advantage of a mentally-ill person for our own benefit. Would the readers believe that she allowed us to do an at-home with her???
Some news editor: I say we go for it!
