It’s Monday and I don’t know about you, but I ate way too much this weekend!

So, it’s time for me to kick-start my diet and I’m turning to Stephanie Saible’s old reliable Woman’s World for some tips.

Woman’s World reports on an exciting announcement made by the University of Pittsburgh. 

“By adding 50 minutes of medrate-intenstiy activity daily is key to significant, lasting results.,” reveals Pitt’s John M. Jakicic, Ph. D. 

If 50 minutes is too much for you, Woman’s world suggests breaking it up throughout the day.

And if you follow this “walking advice” there are a ton of benefits:

- Less hunger

- No more boredom eating!

- Lower fattening stress hormones

- 2o percent more stamina

- A boosted metabolism

Sounds like a plan, but did they really have to conduct a study to figure this all out???
