And as you may know, Star posted on Saturday that Brangie tied the knot, but retracted the story on Sunday.
The big question is why did Star release this info over the weekend? The only thing it could do on the newsstand is support In Touch’s wedding cover. At a quick glance, a typical buyer would hear the news and think that In Touch had the wedding story?

So, if you haven’t heard by now Star Magazine thought it had the scoop of a lifetime.
On Saturday night, the mag posted on its website that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie tied the knot in New Orleans.
It was “an intimate wedding ceremony in the couple’s adopted city.” People Magazine quickly secured a source that said the couple wasn’t even in New Orleans at the time of the wedding!
On Sunday, after the entire world picked up on Star’s story, the mag posted the following embarrassing retraction:
