KATIE COURIC GETS DEBATE; WILL THAT HELP HER RATINGS?

The AP reports that Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama have both signed off on a Democratic debate in North Carolina. The question now is when.  And will this help Katie Couric’s long-term effort as anchor of CBS News?
