WOMAN’S WORLD ‘NO-DIET’ DIET

ww.jpg

Now here’s a twist from Stephanie Saible’s Woman’s World!

This week’s issue features  the “No-S” Diet.  What does that mean?

According to the mag, “Dieters eat no sweets, no snacks and no seconds — except on days that start with an ‘S.’”

Yes, you can eat whatever you want on the weekend!

Well, this is good news for me because I definitely ate whatever I wanted this weekend!  Finally, I’m off to a good start on a diet!

On Saturdays and Sundays you can eat sweets, seconds, and snacks.
It is difficult to forget about these on Mondays through Fridays.

The funny part, Jane, is that it’s not really hard to forget about during the week.

Once you’ve trained yourself to the habit.

Many people who follow the No S Diet liken their appetites to a toddler. You have to be gentle, but firm (No, it’s not time to eat yet, dear. Don’t ruin your dinner). But after three weeks or so, it’s just a habit and what you do. You don’t think much about it.
