READ IT or SKIP IT? IN TOUCH'S BRITNEY RELAPSES COVER STORY

Yesterday, I said I didn’t believe that Britney relapsed even though In Touch suggests that’s the case on its cover.

After reviewing the cover story, I’m even less convinced.  Here’s why:

There is NO EVIDENCE inside the story that definitely proves that Britney relapsed, e.g. is drinking or doing drugs again.

There is proof that Britney is acting erratically but that’s not unusual behavior for someone suffering from bi-polar disorder.  “We fully expect there will be a setback in the future, but at the moment things are fine,” a Spears family member insists!

The main visual sidebar (if you don’t take this story seriously) is quite humorous.  In Touch is trying to support its thesis and make you forget they don’t have a story here.  What’s some of the visual evidence?  You ready for this?

- She’s wearing wigs again.  (Is it possible that her hair she shaved off is still not fully grown in yet?)

- She’s making strange faces when people are looking at her in public.  (I do the same thing!)

- She’s wearing blue contact lenses (She’s definitely relapsed!  Just kidding.)

- She picks at her hair (Definitely lock her up.)

And the most crazy leap In Touch takes to make you believe that Britney relapsed is showing her carrying “an unidentified beverage in a glass after a visit to an Ed Hardy store in Culver City.”  This incident is connected to a moment last year when she was seen walking around with cocktails at inappropriate times and places.”  (Not to anyone in the public eye!  Never carry around a beverage when you can be photographed!)

Finally, why is there a sidebar in this story on “What Kevin spends his money on?”  This makes absolutely no sense and seems more like a space filler than an essential part of the story.

Bottom Line:  PASETSKY SAYS SKIP IT!

Why don’t they leave Brittany Spears alone to recover in peace?
