THIS JUST IN:
ABC attempted to place restrictions on last week’s debate in Pennsylvania between Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.
But the network’s biggest restriction — a 30 second time limit on debate clips that other news outlets could use – was roundly ignored by cable channels after the forum on Wednesday night, reports the New York Times.
