THE NEW YORK TIMES OP-ED PIECE ON HILLARY'S VICTORY MUST BE A JOKE
This morning’s New York Times features an Op-Ed piece “The Low Road to Victory” that says Hillary Clinton is “mostly responsible” for the negative campaign.
They’re questioning her tactics including attacking Obama.
Sure they say Obama is partly to blame – but only because he is “rising to Mrs. Clinton’s bait.”
For the complete OP-ED, click here that I completely disagree with.
Why?
My response:
Isn’t this supposed to be a political campaign?
I’d rather it be nasty now and not be stuck with another President Bush for eight more years.
Additionally, it’s clear the media is FINALLY asking Barack the tough questions.
The negativity that the NY Times is bringing up probably relates to the ABC debate – where Barack was finally asked tough questions that he couldn’t answer.
The New York Times should be applauding Hillary for fighting for what she believes in and not quitting.
That’s what we need in a President -not a wimp that backs down because the media wants the campaign to be over.
It’s clear the voters still want to be heard.
And they will be.

The media is not asking tough questions. They are asking stupid questions. Questions he HAS been asked and answered a dozen times. Rev. Wright? Done. Weather Underground? Who cares? Regardless of her win in PA, she can not catch up to Obama. Even the PA voters don’t think she’s going to win.
She is fighting a battle she can’t win and she knows it. The voters will be heard, but it’s not going to end up with her ahead. Hillary ran a 100% negative campaign in PA. That is fact. She had a 20+ lead in PA a month ago. That is fact.
When has Obama ever backed down? He told her to stay in the race. He didn’t think he would win PA. Sure, she is a fighter. For herself. For me, me, me.
The N.Y. Times has lost the capability to understand what’s important. They should continue to ask him the following:
Where is all this money coming from? Is it legal donations?More importantly…… Why has it taken you 20 years to realize that your minister is against everyone and anything regarding people and freedoms that exist in America. Why is the Times and the rest of the Media letting Obama get away with this garbage.Instead Chris Mathews and Tim Russet haven’t
even given this any importance. These views held by his minister are terrible in our free society!!!!!!!!!!!
The Times had endorsed Hillary Clinton several weeks ago. With friends like the Times who needs enemies? They couldn’t even let Hillary enjoy her victory for one day. There have been many more viscous campaigns compared to this. Look at what happened in 2000 and 2004. I am disappointed in the New York Times. I am thinking of cancelling my paper.
An Op-Ed piece does not represent the position of the newspaper. Only a fair and professional news organization would print a piece that they strongly disagree with.
I support Hillary, and feel that she’s doing what any savy politician would do. She’s tough, and she’s the one with the experience and answers to the severe problems facing our country today. The Times will have to look elsewhere for readers if they continue to print this type of message.
