That madness is even hitting Chelsea.
Last night I was trying to find a bite to eat on 8th avenue in Chelsea.
And it’s startling how many long-time establishments are out of business - Food Bar, Blue Moon and others.
It’s freakin sad that landlords are doubling and tripling rents. It’s all about greed and it’s going to destroy downtown NYC!
