Denise Richards claims she did in the new issue of Redbook.

The publicity loving star says that “being with Richie was the first time I could be myself with someone…And he brought a sense of happiness to my home…So I definitely fell in love with him.”

On Heather Locklear, Richards says, “If Heather and I had been friends at that time, I would have never crossed that line.  But we weren’t. The friendship was not salvageable…”
