What a difference for Halle Berry.

She gave brith to daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry on March 16th and is already back to her sexy-slim body.

Here’s how she did it:

Berry, 41, works out for 60 minutes, five days a week with trainer Ramona Brazaga. Their sessions include three cardio segments – on the elliptical, kickboxing, or stairs.

Berry also does a strength-training routine include ab work and leg exercises.

With her diet, People Mag says Berry is eating lots of vegetables, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates, as well as drinking a large quantity of water.
