Hey look — it’s a new issue of Fertility Today.

And once again they make the same disasterous photo decision on their cover.

They have a star that’s pregnant and they chose a “headshot” vs a full-body shot of the celeb featured on its cover.

What are they thinking?

(Granted – Nicole Kidman has not looked EXTREMELY pregnant, but couldn’t they at least find a photo that had Keith putting his hand on her stomach???)
