Disaster strikes!
The main story is featuring “House.” Yes, it’s a popular show and I watch it. But, it’s one of those show that has a very narrow group of fans. And, I had to read the line twice to get what the editors were talking about.
The Greys’ Anatomy inset is ridiculous. WTF is Mer-Der? Yes, I know it’s Meredith and Derrick. But this is an example of TV Guide trying to be “clever” and this type of cleverness turns off readers.
Finally, why would American Idol’s David Cook — the winner - demand a recount? That makes NO SENSE.
Bottom Line: This will be the lowest seller for TV Guide on the newsstand in the history of TV Guide.
