During the campaign, Barack Obama has been criticized for not wearing a flag pin. Now he wears it.

And, it’s the main symbol on this cover of Time Magazine - with the headline “The Real Meaning of Patriotism.”

Patriotism is believing in your country and that it’s possible that you can do anything. Wearing a pin has nothing to do with it.

Dissent is Patriotism. Also, not granting immunity to telecoms is patriotic, if that counts for anything…
