Here’s a rumor that won’t go away.
Cindy Adams is insinuating that Gossip Girl’s guys Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick are allegedly more than friends off-screen.
“It’s who they’re playing with off the show that’s causing the juices to flow. Is all I’m saying,” says Adams.

Cindy Adams is reporting that Rosie O’Donnell and Kelli Carpenter may have called it quits.
The couple married a few years ago in San Francisco and Kelli changed her last name to O’Donnell.

INSIDE THE TRAGIC MODEL SUICIDE IN NYC
This past Saturday, twenty-year old model Ruslana Korshunova “plummeted from her ninth floor apartment in Manhattan,” according to the New York Post.
More details are emerging about her state of being prior to her apparent suicide.
She “felt confused about the direction of her life and struggled with a mysterious stomach ailment,” friends told the Post.
Korshunova “had lost a lot of weight in the last month and had trouble balancing her personal life and her demanding work schedule,” her ex-boyfriend said.
“I think she just gave up,” said Artem Perchenok, 24, who was with Korshunova on the last night.

DON'T CRY FOR JAY LENO
NBC is getting closer and closer to replacing Jay Leno with Conan O’Brien.
This will either be the biggest f&*k&p in history or pure genius by Jeff Zucker.
Only time will tell.

UPDATE: MADONNA & GUY RITCHIE NOT SPLITTING SAYS HIS MOM
Pasetsky’s Prediction:
After following the Madonna/Guy Ritchie divorce reports last week, I thought this would be a definitive cover for one of the celebrity rags this week.
Now Guy Ritchie’s mom Lady Amber Leighton may have put a stop to that as she stated very clearly that her son and Madonna were NOT filing for divorce.
Leighton said there was ‘no conversation about divorce because there is no divorce’ and described allegations that couple had spoken to lawyers as ‘works of fiction,” according to the Daily Mail Online.
Ritchie flew to New York on Friday night to see Madonna and their children after a week of reports that she had asked him for a divorce.
Even with the denial, I expect to see many insets with lines like “Inside Madonna’s Marriage Crisis” or “Talking Divorce.”
The only way this becomes a main cover story is if one of the weeklies has solid sourcing that the couple is indeed splitting and Guy Ritchie’s mom is totally off-base with her comments.

I expect Jen and John to make a return trip to the cover of one of your favorite celebrity weeklies this Wednesday! Why?
It’s only getting hotter between Jen Aniston and John Mayer, but Jen doesn’t want you to know that.
This past weekend she attended two John Mayer shows.
According to People, Aniston “slipped unnoticed into the Mayer’s backstage area at the Hard Rock Calling festival in London’s Hyde Park” while Mayer performed in front of “an audience of ten of thousands.”
She even took photos! Now, that’s love and one hot groupie.
And a good cover for the summer months.
