LIFE & STYLE COVERS THE HOGANS: FOR REAL!
When you head to the newsstand this weekend, you may do a double take like I did when I first saw this cover of Life & Style Magazine.
Featured is the mess of a family – The Hogans.
And get this – Life & Style uses the line “An American Family Torn Apart.” If the Hogans now represent “the American Family,” I’m moving with Susan Sarandon.
This might have been a strong newsy story the moment Nick’s jail tapes came out in early June – but now it feels LATE. (However, this wouldn’t have been a good idea if the story was done at that moment either.)
One could says this will either be a surprise big seller or will tank like never before. I believe the latter will happen.
There’s simply too much smart competition on the marketplace. Us Weekly is all over the Madonna story and OK!’s got the Jen baby story.
Btw: What happen to the style bar at the bottom of the magazine? Guess that wasn’t helping?
Bottom Line: I smell trouble (BIG TROUBLE) at Quick & Simple Life & Style and it’s not coming from 9W.
