Blake Lively, who is on THREE, yes THREE magazine covers this month - but representatives for her are only loving two of them, according to Page Six.

“Her Vanity Fair and Cosmopolitan covers are great, but her camp is not thrilled about her Seventeen covers,” reports Page Six.

“Her rep felt the picture (above) looked nothing like Blake.

Lively’s flacked said she was not “over the moon” with Seventeen and called the magazine but her client wasn’t behind the call.

“Blake hasn’t even seen the shots yet,” said the rep.

Oh reaaallly!  Blake hasn’t seen this cover.  It’s been on newsstands for days.  I think someone needs to take a lie-detector test.
