OBAMA CAMPAIGN RESPONDS TO PHIL GRAMM’S “MENTAL RECESSION” STATEMENT
In response to Phil Gramm outrageous remarks regarding the country being in a mental recession, the Obama campaign issued this response:
“The American people know that our economic problems aren’t just in their heads. They don’t need psychological relief — and that’s what Barack Obama will provide as president,” according to the Obama campaign.
Of course, the McCain campaign is backing off Gramm’s comments. But, he’s his financial advisor! How does he so easily back off from his statement?
