Animal Fair magazine editor Wendy Diamond is alleging that Lauren Conrad made a premature exit from a benefit for the Humane Society in NYC Tuesday, Us reports.

“I agreed to pose for the cover of the magazine, host the event, do press at the event and donate clothing, all of which I did. I was not aware of any other commitments,” says Lauren Conrad.

I look at this as a clear cut case of “She-said, She-said.” Who do you believe?
