I just got back from the new Starbucks on 24th and 7th in NYC (not one of the stores they are closing - thankfully!)

It was closing time and the barista was offering everyone free pastries.

Of course…

I had to say yes.

But, that’s a good sign to me that Starbucks is really focused on customer service.

That’s what will help them succeed in the long-term and make me pay a gazillion dollars for iced green tea in this HOT weather.
