ROLLING STONE COVERS BARACK OBAMA: NO WORDS

Will Dana, managing editor, Rolling Stone, said this morning on MSNBC’S Morning Joe that Rolling Stone decided to take a step back and recognize the significance of the moment of Obama’s candidacy by not including any words on the new cover of Rolling Stone magazine.

According to Dana, Jann Wenner conducted the interview and asks Barack about his musical taste, his favorite books and more personal stuff.

When asked why it’s cool for politicians to be on the cover of Rolling Stone, Dana said, “It shows that a different side of the world is interested in you.”

Looking forward to a John McCain cover from Rolling Stone. Ha! Don’t hold your breath. This however, is Obama’s Second cover. Click here to check out the first.
