VOTE: Favorite Shia Labeouf Fansite

Today, CoverAwards continues our popular fan site series by asking the question - which is the most popular Shia Labeouf fan site?

I interviewed Joy, the owner of ShiaLabeouf.us, and she makes a pretty good case for her site:

CoverAwards: When did you start the site?

I started the site back in July of 2006 after seeing that there were no active Shia sites and wanting to fill the void!

CoverAwards: Why did you start it?

I’d been a fan of Shia since his Even Stevens days, but a few years ago I was watching The Greatest Game Ever Played and it really reminded me just how much I love Shia’s work. So I started up the fansite and it’s been going strong ever since!

CoverAwards: What has the response been?

The site just passed the two million hit mark, so obviously people are enjoying the site and returning to it whenever they need a Shia fix. I love that the fans know that they can come to us for reliable news and updates. I’ve also got a wonderful staff who work very hard to keep the site running smoothly. We’re all dedicated to making the site the best it can be.

CoverAwards: What are Shia’s fans like?

Shia’s fans are very passionate! Most of Shia’s fans have been with him since he was a kid, and there’s a certain level of attachment and loyalty that goes with that. They’re very outspoken and will immediately defend Shia if anyone so much as looks at him wrong. It’s been a lot of fun seeing the “old” fans stick by Shia over the years, plus getting to see the “new” fans discover him for the first time.

Oh, yes! Definitely. I visit the website every day. Several times, in fact. I’m addicted. It’s an awesome website, full of awesome people.

ShiaLaBeouf.us is DEFINATELY my fave Shia site. I try to log on every day, because they always have a new article or interesting fact about him almost every day. I would recommend this Shia site to anyone and everyone!!

I go on shialabeouf.us everyday…seriously. I love it. I really love to see what he is up to and what new projects he is working on. Keep it up! I hope Shia would just mention it in an interview or anything so at least he knows we appreciate him and we know he appreciates us!

I love shialabeouf.us! The Web site always has all the Shia news posted on every other Web site, plus their own posts. It really keeps up-to-date with his projects and media coverage! Keep up the good work, Joy! (Now, if they would only post his cell phone number…..)

I’d rate the site one of the best. I go there first to find out what is up with Shia. It’s very informative and up to the minute with details. I know they must put in a lot of work there.

this is the best site i visit it all the time…its always updated and has all the info that you need. plus the videos are very good…and the pictures are in high quality this definetly the best website fo shia labeouf

Yes, it is my favorite Shia site. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my daily Shia fix. They welcome everyone and have the most accurate information. It’s awesome!

That site is great and deffinately my favorite Shia site. They have new information every single day unlike other sites that occasionaly have new topics about him only when he’s doing a movie or something obvious where everybody is talking about him anyway, if you know what I mean. They have great pictures and videos too! I love that website =)

Wonderful website. My first favorite site to get the lastest of one of my favorite actors. You find info, photos, videos on Shia online everyday. I visit this site once ot twice a day. This site is worth looking over for every fan of Shia LaBeouf.
