Is In Touch in Trouble Over Using these Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie Pictures?

In Touch’s new issue containing 20 pictures of the Jolie-Pitt family may land them in hot water.

Brad’s lawyers have been sending out cease and desist letters to web sites and blogs who have leaked photos of the couple and their children (minus the twins) at their chateau that were taken by a highly powerful lens.

The photos show “Pitt and his family as they engaged in familial activities on private property,” and the paparazzi agency that originally took the photos and sold them has already agreed to stop the sale and removed the image from their site.

Since In Touch can’t exactly remove photos that have already been published and hit newsstands, it could find itself in a messy situation.
