Shia LaBeouf, who recently starred in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, was arrested for drunk driving after being involved in an early morning car accident in Hollywood on Sunday, reports People.

LaBeouf was driving when his car was involved in a collision around 3 a.m., according to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Sgt. S. Wolf.

Both LeBeouf and his passenger were injured – as was the other driver involved in the crash.

UPDATE:

TMZ is reporting that “Shia will need surgery on his left hand. A passenger in Shia’s car sustained minor head injuries and the driver of the other car sustained minor injuries as well.
