The man whose girlfriend sat on a toilet for so long that the seat actually melded to her body, has been sentenced to six monthsof probation for mistreatment of a dependent adult.

The sentence had originally been for six months in jail, but toilet-sitter Pam Babcock asked for leniency since according to Ness County Attorney Craig Crosswhite, “She didn’t believe that her circumstances were his fault.”

But McFarren isn’t off the hook-he was sentenced to six months in jail for exposing himself to a teenager.
