Jessica Simpson's Shocking Abuse Admission

Poor Jess!

In this month’s issue of Elle, Jessica reveals that she was once a victim of abuse, but refuses to say if she was directly involved or just suffered the affects.

She says, “I don’t want to talk about it, but I have definitely experienced abuse in a way that I would tell people to take their heart and run.”

A song from her new album Do You Know, called Remember That, is inspired by her experience and has the lyrics: “It doesn’t matter how he hurts you / With his hands or with his words / You don’t deserve it / It ain’t worth it / Take your heart and run.”
