How Miley Cyrus & Nick Jonas Broke Up!
In the new issue of Seventeen, Miley Cyrus answers the big question of how the two tween stars ended their relationship:
“We were about to go onstage,” said Miley Cyrus. “And I was like, ‘Is this too much for us right now? Is this something that is really inconvenient at this time in your life?’ And he [Nick Jonas] was like, ‘You know, this is really a hard time for me.’
And I was like, ‘This is hard for me too, you know - I just think we need to take a little break.’ We were both crying on that last day we were together.
The sad thing is that they were in love.
“Nick and I loved each other,” Cyrus says now. “We still do, but we were in love with each other. For two years he was basically my 24/7. But it was really hard to keep it from people. We were arguing a lot, and it really wasn’t fun.”
