FIGHTING IN GEORGIA HALTED…OR HAS IT?

After five days of air and ground attacks by the Russian army, the fighting in Georgia has been halted, according to reports. However, Georgia insists that the bombing continues.

Many Georgians have been killed and even more left homeless because of the fighting that began after Russia accused Georgia of killing thousands of people, most of whom were civilians.

Although this claim has not been independently confirmed, many who fled the area have confirmed that hundreds have died.

Many areas of Georgia are still too dangerous to enter and report from.
