40 Year Old Virgin Actor Arrested For Stabbing His Girlfriend

Shelley Malil, best known for his role in The 40 Year-Old Virgin, was arrested and taken into custody yesterday for allegedly stabbing his ex girlfriend over 20 times in her home in San Marcos, CA. Her children are thought to be home at the time.

According to reports he flew into a rage after finding another man in her backyard. The man was stabbed in the hand but is ok. Malil’s girlfriend is in the hospital in critical condition.
