OTHER DRIVER CITED IN SHIA LABEOUF CAR ACCIDENT

The Los Angeles Sheriff’s spokesman has said that the other driver in the Shia LaBeouf car accident was at fault, stating that the Transformers star was hit making a legal turn.

Herbert Simon, the other guy, has been cited for running a red light and will have his date in court.

The accident caused LaBeouf to undergo emergency surgery on his left hand but he’s already back to work.
