CINDY MCCAIN’S FAMILY: I Would Rather Not Vote Than Vote For John McCain
Political ideas don’t always run in the family. Cindy McCain’s half sister, Kathleen Hensley Portalski, is planning on voting for Barack Obama, she tells Usmagazine.com.
“I’m not voting for McCain. I have a different political standpoint. I’m voting for Obama,” she says. “I think his proposals to improve the country are more positive and I’m not a big war believer.”
Cindy has previously described herself as an only child. “She’s kinda cool, standoffish,” Kathleen says of her.
As for Kathleen’s son Nathan. he says “I wouldn’t vote for John McCain if he was a Democrat. I would not vote at all before I’d vote for him.I question whether Cindy is someone I’d want to see in the White House as first lady.”
Sounds like family get togethers are a whole lot of fun, no?
