JANICE DICKINSON VS. TYRA BANKS: I Had A Transgender Model First!
Tyra Bank’s Project Runway will be getting it’s first transgendered contestant this season, and self proclaimed World’s First Supermodel, Janice Dickinson, is not happy about it.
Though Tyra is getting lots of press for stepping out of the box, Janice’s show, The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency, already had a transgendered star (see video above). “I did it on my show first with Claudia,” said Dickinson. “But you know what? There’s not going to be a moment where Tyra’s not going to knock me off, so I’m not bothered by her.”
Janice was previously a judge on ANTM and has been on shaky ground with Tyra ever since. “(I never got) a note or call thanking me for helping to put her show on the map. Whatever. She’s not my favorite person.”
