TONIGHT: Networks Unite To Stand Up To Cancer

Tonight, three major networks, ABC, NBC and CBS,  will join forces to simulcast a live one-hour fundraiser called Stand Up To Cancer. 

Katie Couric, Brian Williams and Charlie Gibson will co-host and participants include Christina Applegate, Jennifer Aniston, Kirsten Dunst, Fran Drescher, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Masi Oka, America Ferrera, Lance Armstrong, Meryl Streep, Forest Whitaker, Charlize Theron and Hilary Swank.

A sing-along charity single will also be featured. “Just Stand Up,” produced by L.A. Reid and “Babyface” Edmonds.  Mariah Carey, Beyoncé, Mary J. Blige, Rihanna, Fergie, Sheryl Crow, Miley Cyrus, Melissa Etheridge, Ashanti, Natasha Bedingfield, Keyshia Cole, Leona Lewis, LeAnn Rimes and Carrie Underwood all lend their talent.
