Barack Obama Turns Down Lindsay Lohan, McCain Says Why

Earlier today the Chicago Sun Times reported that Lindsay Lohan offered to host a series of events to appeal to young voters for Obama and his camp turned her down.

Now, the McCain camp is slamming Obama for doing so. 

“So let me get this straight,” said Tucker Bounds, a spokesman for the McCain campaign. “They turned away Lindsay Lohan, but Barack Obama has friends like unrepentant terrorist Bill Ayers and convicted felon Tony Rezko? Maybe LiLo is just too upstanding for Barack Obama.”
