Breaking News: Heather was arrested Saturday night on suspicion of drunk driving in Montecito, police said this morning.
Locklear, who is no longer in custody, was arrested and booked around 8 p.m.
There are no further details at this time.
Ealrier this year Heather was in rehab for anxiety and depression..
