Why do I love this cover of OK Magazine?
It’s the first time a national celebrity weekly has treated a gay couple as “normal.”
Gone is the “Yes, I’m Gay” line. In 2008, that line makes it feels like this type of story is a SHOCK. And, it’s not.
Remember last week’s Clay Aiken cover?
Instead, we see a line that could be used with any straight couple - “Untold Love Story.”
I also like the inset of Lindsay and Sam - they couldn’t look happier.
Bottom Line: I’m glad OK Magazine took the risk, and I hope it sells.
