CoverAwards' EXCLUSIVE Interview: Life & Style's New Editor in Chief Dan Wakeford "Excited About First Issue"

As CoverAwards reported earlier today, Dan Wakeford is getting ready for his second close as Editor in Chief of Life & Style from Bauer Publishing.

CoverAwards checked in with Dan to get his thoughts on his first week in the top job:

“I’m really excited about my first issue,” says Wakeford.  “It was fantastic to launch with the first cover Life & Style had ever shot – our Trista Sutter exclusive.”

Wakeford added, “We did a slight redesign, and it was fantastic to score so many exclusive interviews, news stories and great access to stars, including Paris Hilton who contributed her diary of her time in London.

It was great to get started and we even launched a new section: “Life & Style’s Top 10 Best Dressed Of The Week” – where Kelly Ripa was named No. 1.

I have many great ideas, some of which you’ve seen already, and more you’ll be seeing in the next few weeks.”
