IN TOUCH: Katie Holmes Looks Pregnant!
Here’s the latest cover from Richard Spencer and In Touch Weekly.
It’s Katie Holmes and she “looks pregnant.”
The layout on this cover is awkward and almost jarring. I have to admit I didn’t notice the picture of Katie on the left at first, which is the visual evidence supporting her pregnancy.
But the jarring layout can actually be a good thing on the newsstand. When a cover doesn’t look perfect, that can work in its favor.
On the text front, I’m not sure why ‘Katie looks’ is in such large type!?!
We know it’s Katie.
And the word ‘looks’ is almost a cliche at this point.
Working for In Touch this week is the pendulum shift in public perception of Tom Cruise & company. There seems to be a more positive feeling towards him, which ultimately connects to Katie Holmes.
Bottom Line: Babies are always a safe bet – especially during the holiday season.
