Gossip Girl actress Kelly Rutherford just isn’t into that whole marriage thing.

She filed for divorce from her husband of two years, Daniel Giersch, according to reports.

Rutherford — who plays Blake Lively’s mom Lily van der Woodsen on the CW series — is about three months pregnant with her second child.

Yes, three months pregnant!

The couple welcomed son Hermes Gustaf Daniel Giersch two years ago.

The actress cites irreconcibale differences on the paperwork.  Wonder what the differences are?
