Now this is a good plastic surgery cover from Richard Spencer!

It features two major A-Lister’s.  Angelina Jolie & Tom Cruise.

Michael Todd found wretched before pictures, which clearly makes you believe that the two went under the knife.

And, it’s a simple but not horrifying to look at cover, ala typical National Enquirer plastic surgery covers.
