America’s favorite socialite Paris Hilton is in London.

She’s there, according to reports, to promote her ITV show, Paris Hilton’s British Best Friend.

She looks stylish and definitely is fulfilling her brand promise.  (American celebrity who were not sure why she is famous is here to promote show)
