Jessica Hudson Lip Sync: Scandal or Not?

Jennifer Hudson lip synced the National Anthem at yesterday’s Super Bowl.

Why did she do that instead of performing live?

“This was such an important performance, because it’s the first time everyone has seen Jennifer,” the show’s producer, Ricky Minor, said of Hudson, who marked her first public performance on Sunday since her mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew were fatally shot in October.

“But she’s in such a great place, with such great spirits, and time can heal her wounds. She’s on fire right now and totally grounded.”

Bottom Line:  Who cares?  She did a great job either way.  And, it was her first appearance back in the spotlight.
