This cover is a winner on multiple fronts.

First, I predicted this would be a cover on Monday. As I said, the main line would be REVENGE.

And, the dek would focus on her professional and personal life.

Us Weekly provided two new details that I had not heard before, including the leaked e-mails that will humiliate him and how she rejected Jason’s Olive Branch.

So, will Us be popping champagne when the numbers come out on Monday?

Absolutely.

It’s the only Bachelor cover this week.

And, it focuses on Melissa – the person that has the most amount of public sympathy.

Hey Mark, would you have changed anything?

The only thing I would have changed is removing the line “Bachelor” above revenge.

This may confuse newsstand buyers who may misinterpret this to mean that Jason is getting his revenge against Melissa (even though there is a clarifying line above that main line pointing out that Melissa received an apology.)

It’s important to remember that newsstand buyers are impulsive and make their buying decision in seconds, and this confusion could detract buyers.

Bottom Line: A strong issue for Us
