What a great, emotional photo of Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal on Us Weekly.

Usually, I would not be a fan of this couple on the cover of a celebrity weekly.

They’ve never really caught fire with readers.

But, this picture won me over right away.

Look at how Jake is looking at Reese.

And, notice how in love Reese’s face looks.

It doesn’t get much better than this photo.

The quote from Reese under the headline adds to the strength of the overall cover.

Plus, Us Weekly has a strong advantage this week.

Believe it or not, it’s the only cover featuring a couple in love – versus breaking up.

On another note, this cover is the complete opposite of last week’s cover featuring LeAnn Rimes cheating scandal.  You’ll notice it’s not on the cover AT ALL this week, which means it most likely did not sell very well for Us on the newsstand.

Bottom Line: This Reese/Jake cover is hot.
