What’s Claudia Schiffer’s secret to her slim body at 38?
For breakfast, she has organic oatmeal and sliced banana, with a cup of white tea. Lunch is, typically, fish or meat with vegetables, and sometimes potato or rice.
“I try to eat less wheat or gluten,” admits Schiffer.
For dinner, the model turns to sushi.
Does she work out?
Of course. “I have always worked out, and I’ve gone through different phases of yoga, but the combination of Pilates three days a week with yoga is incredible.
