Howard K Stern Arraignment Delayed Until May 13th

Howard K. Stern did not enter a plea today as was expected in L.A. County Criminal Court. The arraignment in the Anna Nicole Smith drug case was postponed until May 13th.

Stern’s lawyer, Steve Sadow, told the media after the arraignment that “[Howard] is innocent. Let me repeat that, he is innocent.”
