Michael Jackson Update

WILL UPDATE: Today it was reported that Michael Jackson’s 5-page will leaves all his assets to the Michael Jackson Family Trust. His mother is named guardian of his three children (with Diana Ross as a successor guardian) and attorney John Branca and music executive John McClain are executors. While it was previously reported that father Joe Jackson was cut out completely, the source denies this and says all money is going to the fund. No charities have been named either.

MEMORIAL UPDATE: The LAPD confirmed today that members of the Jackson family met to discuss security arrangements for a funeral. While no place has been officially disclosed, a new rumor surfaced that a public memorial may be held at L.A. Staples Center with a private ceremony at Neverland Ranch.

DRUG UPDATE: Meanwhile, new sources are coming out of the woodwork and disclosing details about Jackson’s pill habits. His nutritionist, Cherilyn Lee, is saying he suffered from insomnia and requested Diprivan, a very strong sedative. While other news outlets are claiming Propofol, a drug used to knock people out before surgery, was found at his home.
