Penn Badgley VMAN Photoshoot (VIDEO)

Penn Badgley sat down and batted his lashes during a photoshoot and interview for VMAN magazine.

He comes across sounding a little young and snide (shocker!) and even refers to himself as a “teen star idol.”

Uhhhh.

He admits his Gossip Girl “acting” job and, you know, real life aren’t too dissimilar.

“If you look at the lives we’re leading on the show and the lives we’re leading offscreen, I mean, they’re very fucking similar… But it’s not weird. It doesn’t feel incestuous.”

And he also compares himself, Blake Lively, unfortunate tattoo Ed and the rest of the cast as a new wave of Kennedys (!!!).

“In certain circles we’re treated like royalty. We’re treated like the Kennedys. We’re never going to be able to separate New York City from Gossip Girl and vice versa.”

What to you think? Penn Badgley VH-1 reality show in five years? 10?
