New Moon Cast (Maybe, Maybe Not) Naked

Will the entire New Moon cast strip down for some naked time in the next movie? Say yes! Say yes!

Nah, sorry folks — outlook not so good. While R-Patz and Taylor Lautner will shimmy out of their shirts, it looks like “fully clothed” is the verdict for the rest of the cast. But don’t blame us — blame Jaime Campbell Bower for getting everyone’s hopes up after a sarcastic naked New Moon joke to MTV that didn’t quite leave the ground.

According to Eonline.com, director Chris Weitz responded with:

“I would like to put everyone’s mind at rest and let them know that the Volturi are not naked. Jamie has what you might call a dry sense of humor and almost managed to convince me—which is why he’s such a good actor. Anyway, be assured that even though we do want the look of the Volturi to be a bit of a surprise, they are always—as in the book!—fully clothed.”

Damn. Well there’s still time to work it into the third movie’s script.
